Here are some quick answers to common questions about our services, process, and files.
It all depends on Customer order. Whilst all orders are treated with high priority; small-scale printing projects range between 1 minute to 2-3 hours.
Large-scale projects with a printing volume of 300 pages and up would take approximately 1 to 3 days to complete.
You can place an order by filling out our contact form and specifying job that you would like performed.
Following this you can expect a response from us to verify the job and its respective costs.

We will do our best to compensate for damages to documentation made through any negligence in our actions.
Any items not listed on our site for printout or design would be considered as custom work.
This can range from creating programs and providing prints of said programs which may be at an uncommon print size.
The price of this will vary depending on the difficulty and scope of the project at hand.
Please ensure that your print files are in PDF or Word (.doc or .docx) format for documentation.
Any imagery to print must be sent to us as a high quality jpg or png file.
If adjustments would need to be made to ensure a clean finish we will let you know.
Yes we do (within Trinidad and Tobago). However, delivery cost varies based on Customer location.
GSM is an acronym that stands for Grams per Square Metre. It is a unit of measurement used for understanding the thickness of a sheet of paper.
The higher the GSM, the thicker/ heavier the paper will be. The lower the GSM, the thinner/lighter the paper will be.
